Abstract
Cooling device configured for cooling electrical components, the device comprising a first heat transfer section and a second heat transfer section, the first heat transfer section being configured to conduct heat from a heat source to the second heat transfer section, the first heat transfer section comprising: a vapor chamber made of an electrically insulating material configured to be coupled to the heat source, an electrically insulating liquid contained in the vapor chamber, a heat spreading element forming at least a part of a side wall of the vapor chamber, and the second heat transfer section being in at least a part of thermal contact with the heat spreading element.
