Telescopic load securing bar

Abstract

The present invention relates to a telescopic load securing bar (2) at the ends of which connecting means (8) are located for connection with connections complementary to the connecting means (8), with an outer support tube (4) and an inner tube (6) inserted at least partially into the support tube (4), the support tube (4) and the inner tube (6) are clamped against each other in a position of use as a load securing bar (2) by means of a force storage device (10) supported at a first end on the support tube (4) and at a second end on the inner tube (6) via the complementary connections acting on the connecting means (8), and in a position of use the inner tube (6) is held in the support tube (4) by means of a locking means.To make such a support tube (4) more cost-effective and safer to handle, it is proposed that the inner tube (6) be connected to a first end (14) of a flexibly movable connecting element (12) and that the second end (16) of the flexibly movable connecting element (12) be fixed to the outside of the support tube (4), wherein the flexibly movable connecting element has a length (L) by which a full extension of the inner tube (6) from the support tube (4) is blocked.
