Abstract

A wall groove forming device (1) for producing grooves or slots in a wall or masonry made of stone or stone-like materials is proposed, having at least one first cutting edge (3) and a shaft (2) aligned in a longitudinal axis (5), whereby an improved or more efficient mode of operation is realized compared to the prior art, wherein in particular the production of grooves or slots in a wall or floor, ceiling or masonry made of stone or stone-like materials is less costly, both in terms of time and physical strain as well as the (costly) storage of various tools.According to the invention, this is achieved by additionally providing a second cutting edge (4) and by aligning the first cutting edge (3) and the second cutting edge (4) transversely with respect to the longitudinal axis (5), wherein a distance (6) is provided between the first cutting edge (3) and the second cutting edge (4) transversely to a cutting edge direction of the first cutting edge (3) and the second cutting edge (4).
