Abstract

The invention relates to a modular interior fitting system for motor vehicles, in particular for the construction of a motorhome interior fitting, comprising: a floor structure (2) having a plurality of mutually parallel mounting rails (3) extending in a longitudinal direction (L) of the vehicle; at least one furniture module of the first type (10), which is designed and configured to be mechanically detachable, in particular positively interlocking, with the mounting rails (3), wherein: the mounting rails (3) have a longitudinal grid with a longitudinal grid dimension (LRM) along their longitudinal direction (L) for forming the mechanically detachable, in particular positively interlocking, connection between the mounting rail (3) and the furniture module of the first type (10); and the mounting rails (3) are arranged in a transverse direction (Q) of the vehicle in a transverse grid with a transverse grid dimension (QRM).wherein a floor plan (G) of the at least one furniture module of the first type (10) has a width (B) and a depth (T), wherein both the width (B) are a first integer multiple of the longitudinal grid dimension (LRM) and the depth (T) are a second integer multiple of the longitudinal grid dimension (LRM), and wherein a furniture module (10) and a base module (20) are provided for this purpose.
