Abstract

In a motor vehicle (100) where an input steering angle (ΔEL) at a steering handle (10) is multiplied by a transmission factor (F), and whereupon an additional steering angle (Δ) is added to determine the output steering angle of a vehicle wheel (20a), the transmission factor is generally dependent on the vehicle's (100) speed. However, in the invention, the change in the transmission factor over time is limited and may remain below the value that would result from a change in speed.
