The invention relates to a threaded attachment (5) for a medical hollow body (1), comprising a threaded part (9) having a connecting thread (7) and a retaining part (11), wherein the retaining part (11) has a central coupling recess (13) for mounting the retaining part (11) on the medical hollow body (1) and is designed to be attached to the threaded part (9), wherein the threaded part (9) has a first number of locking structures (15) arranged offset from one another along a circumferential direction, wherein the retaining part (11) has a second number of counter-locking structures (17) arranged offset from one another along a circumferential direction, and wherein the locking structures (15) and the counter-locking structures (17) are aligned such that they interact to prevent relative rotation between the threaded part (9) and the retaining part (11) when the retaining part (11) is attached to the threaded part (9).
