Abstract

The invention relates to a method for determining a control correction (25) of at least one fuel valve (9) of a power supply device (3), in particular an internal combustion engine, wherein - during operation of the power supply device (3) a sensor signal (19) is detected by means of a sensor (11, 17) in a predetermined time interval, which represents a control of the at least one fuel valve (9), wherein - in the predetermined time interval a target quantity of fuel (21) to be delivered by the at least one fuel valve (9) is specified, and wherein - by means of a computer-implemented algorithm (23) based on a neural network, a control correction (25) of the at least one fuel valve (9) is determined on the basis of the sensor signal (19) and the target quantity of fuel (21).
