Microelectromechanical system with a micromechanical angular rate sensor and at least one drive control unit, wherein the micromechanical angular rate sensor comprises a drive unit, characterized in that the at least one drive control unit has a first part, wherein the first part has at least one demodulation unit, wherein an analog demodulation of at least one analog feedback signal of the drive unit can be carried out by the at least one demodulation unit of the first part of the drive control unit.
