Abstract

The disclosure relates to a ceramic product 101, wherein the ceramic product 101 comprises at least one starting material and wherein the average particle size of a phase 121 of the ceramic product 101, consisting of a major component of the starting material, is not greater than 6 µm, the major component of the starting material comprising a mole fraction of 50 mol% or more of the starting material. A device 201 comprising the ceramic product 101, a method 401 for producing the ceramic product 101, uses of the ceramic product 101 and the device 201, and an electrical circuit 231 comprising a device 201 according to the invention are also described.
