Abstract
The invention relates to a method for locating an authentication device for accessing a vehicle, comprising the steps of transmitting a UWB pulse, receiving the UWB pulse in a time-synchronized manner at several receivers located sufficiently far apart in the vehicle, and determining the position of the authentication device based on the different reception times. The invention also relates to a control unit for carrying out such a method and a system with such a control unit.
