Method for manufacturing a body module of a vehicle, a body module and a vehicle

Abstract

A method for manufacturing a body module (100) of a vehicle is proposed. The method comprises the following steps: • (S1) providing a first body part (10), wherein the first body part (10) has at least one joining area (A), • (S2) pre-positioning a reinforcement structure (12) on the first body part (10) such that the reinforcement structure (12) is at least partially located in the at least one joining area (A) of the first body part (10), • (S3) forming the first body part (10) with the reinforcement structure (12) attached to it, and • (S4) joining the first body part (12) in the at least one joining area (A) with a second body part (14).
