Abstract
The invention relates to a side-gusseted bag with a bag body formed by a first front wall (1), a second front wall (2), and at least one first side gusset (3), which adjoins the first front wall (1) at a first longitudinal edge (5a) and the second front wall (2) at a second longitudinal edge (5b), wherein a bag material of the bag body has a fold line at the second longitudinal edge (5b) and wherein the bag body has a longitudinal seam (7') at the second longitudinal edge (5b). According to the invention, the longitudinal seam (7') at the second longitudinal edge (5b) extends over less than 50% of the length of the second longitudinal edge (5b).
