Abstract

The following descriptions relate to a method for computer-aided monitoring of the failure risk of an electrical energy storage device, comprising the following steps: providing (100) a function of the energy storage device's impedance over time and / or temperature by means of a sensor unit; dividing (200) the energy storage device's impedance function into at least two or at least three phases (I, II, III) with different functional profiles and at least one or at least two transition regions (20, 30) arranged between adjacent phases (I, II, III) by means of an evaluation unit; evaluating (300) the changes in state of the functional profiles within the phases (I, II, III) and / or the transition regions (20, 30) by means of the evaluation unit; outputting (400) a warning signal if the evaluation of the changes in state of the functional profiles has revealed a failure risk.
