Abstract

The invention relates to a method (62) for operating a pre-charging controller (14) comprising two terminals (16) electrically connected by means of a first current path (28) which includes a series circuit (42) with a resistor (46) and a switch (44). A request (66) to start a pre-charging operation (68) is detected, and to start the pre-charging operation (68), the switch (44) is switched to the electrically conductive state. The pre-charging operation (68) is terminated when the electrical voltage applied to the pre-charging controller (14) falls below a limit value (78). The invention further relates to a pre-charging controller (14) and a DC circuit (2).
