Abstract
The invention relates to a method for indicating a deeply discharged state of at least one electrical battery cell (2) of an electrical battery pack (1) using an indication device (3), wherein the battery pack (1) has two poles (+, -) to which an electrical pole voltage (U) of the battery pack (1) is applied, the electrical pole voltage (U) of the battery pack (1) depending on an electrical cell voltage of the at least one electrical battery cell (2), wherein the at least one battery cell (2) is designed for reversible transition between a deeply discharged state and a charged state of the at least one battery cell (2), wherein the method comprises the following steps: a) detecting the electrical pole voltage (U) of the battery pack (1); b) if the electrical pole voltage (U) detected during step a) is in a predetermined range around 0 V: indicating the deeply discharged state of the at least one battery cell (2) using the indication device (3).
