Abstract

The present invention relates to a computer-implemented method for assigning a charging point to an electric vehicle with a traction battery, comprising the steps of: a) determining a charging curve associated with a temperature of the traction battery from a plurality of charging curves, each representing a state of charge of the traction battery over a charging period for different temperatures of the traction battery; b) determining the charging period based on the determined charging curve; and assigning the charging point to the electric vehicle for the determined charging period.
