Abstract

The disclosure describes a method for the automated exclusion of defective production in continuous process control for the manufacture of viscous liquids, in particular electrode pastes, wherein the method comprises the steps: detecting a process parameter change exceeding tolerances, determining a minimum residence time and a safety factor, and discarding the viscous liquid after the minimum residence time has elapsed, taking the safety factor into account.
