Abstract

The invention relates to a vehicle seat (100) comprising a safety device (5) for protecting a child who is in a user position (II) in the safety device (5), comprising a headrest element (50), a seat element (54), two foldable side support elements, the ends of which are movably connected to the headrest element (50) and the seat element (54), respectively, and tensioning elements (50A, 50B), wherein the side support elements, in the user position (II), are unfolded from a folded state in a non-use position (I) between the headrest element (50) and the seat element (54) on both sides of the child. A vehicle with such a vehicle seat and an occupant protection system are also presented.
