Abstract

The invention relates to a device for creating a cavity in the ground with at least one extraction tool for loosening rock or soil from a surface to be removed in the cavity to be created, wherein the at least one extraction tool for loosening the rock is arranged on at least one pivot arm movable relative to the surface, and wherein the device includes at least one microwave device for pre-damaging rock with at least one microwave generator and at least one antenna unit for introducing the microwaves into the rock, which is wave-conductingly connected to the microwave generator.It is provided that the antenna unit is fixedly connected to the swivel arm at a defined distance to a cutting plane of the demolition tool, or that the antenna unit has at least one spacer element to provide a defined distance to a cutting plane of the demolition tool, or that the antenna unit has at least two separately movable partial antenna units, each of which is connected to at least one separate partial movement unit.
