Abstract

The invention relates to a fuel gas supply system (2) for a ship (100), in particular an ammonia fuel gas supply system (2), with a withdrawal line (4) which is fluidly connected to a liquid phase (7) of a fuel gas storage tank (6) of the ship (100) and is configured to supply fuel gas from the fuel gas storage tank (6). According to the invention, a collection container (8) is proposed which has an internal pressure (pI) that is lower than the internal pressure (pT) in the fuel gas storage tank (6), and the collection container (8) furthermore has a negative pressure (pB) relative to atmospheric pressure (pA), and a cooling system (10) associated with the collection container (8) which is configured to cool the collection container (8) and to generate the negative pressure (pB) by condensing the fuel gas (B) below an atmospheric saturation pressure of the fuel gas (B).
