Abstract

The invention relates to a treatment device (10) with an ophthalmic laser (12) and an eye fixation device (14) for fixing an eye (16) for treatment with the ophthalmic laser (12), wherein the eye fixation device (14) has a scleral ring (24) whose diameter is larger than the diameter of an iris (26) of an eye (16) to be treated, wherein at least one eye-holding element is arranged on an eye-contact side of the scleral ring (24) which is designed to hold the eye (16) to be treated in a treatment position for treatment with the ophthalmic laser (12).
