Adjustment device and a method for adjusting a light module of a motor vehicle

Abstract

The invention relates to an adjustment device for adjusting a motor vehicle's light module, comprising at least the following components: - a detector device which can be arranged in front of the motor vehicle at a vertical height of the light module for detecting the light from the light module; and - a light source for emitting a directed light signal in the direction of a detection range of the detector device. The adjustment device is characterized in particular by the fact that the light source can be arranged on a rear axle of the motor vehicle by means of a holding element such that the directed light signal can be emitted into a detection range of the detector device arranged at a vertical height of the light module. Here, an adjustment device for adjusting light modules in motor vehicles is proposed which enables particularly precise adjustment without requiring extensive equipment.
