Abstract
The present invention discloses a measuring device for the cloud point of an organosilicon surfactant and relates to the technical field of chemical sample analysis. This device comprises a contamination release unit, a heating and stirring unit, and a detection unit. A heating and stirring unit is provided on the upper outer surface of the contamination release unit, and a detection unit is arranged on the upper outer surface of the heating and stirring unit. The clear water inside the transparent test tube in the present invention does not come into contact with the solution in the test bottle, so the clear water always remains clear. However, the inner and outer contours of the flask block are adapted to the transparent test tube and the flask, respectively.Adapted to the test bottle, a light-guiding layer is attached in the center of the inner surface of the piston block, which allows the color of the water in the transparent test tube to be transferred to the surface of the test bottle. According to the design described above, when the solution in the test bottle reaches the cloud point and changes color, the tester or visual inspection device can confirm, based on the clear color difference between the end of the light-guiding layer and the side of the solution, that the organosilicon surfactant has reached the cloud point, making cloud point measurement efficient and simple while ensuring high accuracy.
