Abstract

The present invention relates to a power module (10) comprising a first switch module (12) with a first substrate on which a first switch arrangement (22) and a second switch arrangement (24) are arranged, wherein the first switch arrangement (22) and the second switch arrangement (24) are configured to form a half-bridge configuration with a phase output (30), a second switch module (14) with a second substrate on which a third switch arrangement (26) with a first contact element (11) is arranged, a third switch module (16) with a third substrate on which a fourth switch arrangement (28) with a second contact element (13) is arranged, and a first connecting element (15), wherein the first contact element (11) is electrically connected to the second contact element (13) by means of the first connecting element (15).so that the second switch module (14) and the third switch module (16) are connected in series and form a bidirectional center point switch, which is configured to electrically connect a center point (32) to the phase output (30).
