Abstract

The invention relates to a drive unit for a vehicle (30) that can be propelled at least partially by muscle power, comprising: • a hub housing (3) configured to be rotationally fixed to a drive wheel (31) of the vehicle (30), • an electric machine (13) arranged in the hub housing (3) and effectively connected to a drive shaft (8), • a ring gear (20) effectively connected to the hub housing (3), • several planet gears (2) meshing with the ring gear (3), and • a continuously variable automatic transmission arrangement effectively arranged between the planet gears (2) and the drive shaft (8), • wherein a freewheel (4) for transmitting torque only in a first direction of rotation is arranged on each planet gear (2) with a connecting element (7) arranged thereon, • wherein a bearing (6) is further arranged on each connecting element (7).which is connected to the drive shaft (8) via an eccentric spring (5), wherein the respective eccentric spring (5) is configured to establish a maximum eccentricity between the drive shaft (8) and the respective bearing (6) in the unloaded state of the drive shaft (8) and to deform elastically with increasing torque to be transmitted via it in such a way that the eccentricity between the drive shaft (8) and the respective bearing (6) is reduced.
