Abstract

The invention relates to a foldable device for adjusting a suspended ballast radius of a crane, comprising a pivot piece for rotatable attachment to a crane, a head piece for rotatable attachment to the pivot piece and for attaching at least one suspended ballast element, and an adjustment unit, in particular at least one cylinder arrangement, which is pivotally attached to the pivot piece and is designed to adjust its length by means of a change in length, wherein the pivot piece has a fastening section for rotatably attaching the head piece about an axis of rotation.The device is characterized by a guide frame which is rotatably attached to a first section with the end of the adjusting unit spaced apart from the pivot point and to a second section with the mounting section of the pivot point, and serves to define a movement path of the adjusting unit when performing a change in length, wherein the second section of the guide frame is rotatably attached about the axis of rotation which is also provided for rotatably attaching the head piece to the pivot point.
