Abstract
An optical arrangement (80) comprises a deflecting surface (105) and a first projection unit (121) configured to project a first image (301) along a first beam path (91). The optical arrangement (80) also comprises a functionalized diffuser element (110) extending along at least a portion of the deflecting surface and configured to diffuse light from the first beam path (91) such that the first image (301) is visible from at least one eyebox (95) in a first image plane (101) extending along the functionalized diffuser element (110).The optical arrangement (80) also includes a second projection unit (122) which is configured to project a second image (302) along a second beam path (92) such that the second beam path (92) is reflected at the deflecting surface (105) in such a way that the second image (302) is visible from the at least one eyebox (95) in a second image plane (102) which is virtually located behind the deflecting surface (105).
