LED DRIVERS WITH COLOR DIFT COMPENSATION AND INCREASED OUTPUT CURRENT CAPACITY

Abstract

This section describes a circuit for controlling lighting devices. In one embodiment, the circuit includes a first lighting device with at least one LED; a first current detection device; an LED driver with a first output terminal, which is coupled to the lighting device via the first current detection device and configured to provide an output current; and a current amplifier circuit, which is coupled to the first lighting device and to the first current detection device and configured to provide a first current, which is added to the output current, such that a load current of the first lighting device is the superposition of the output current and the first current.
