Abstract

Facade element (1) for a unitized facade (2) of a building (25) comprising a continuous base plate (3) with an opening (4) for a window (5), wherein the base plate (3) forms an inner side (6) of the unitized facade (2) facing the building (25) and further comprising an outer frame (9) formed with profiles (8) which follows an outer contour (10) of the base plate (3) and an inner frame (11) also formed with profiles (8) which is designed to accommodate the window (5) and surrounds the opening (4), wherein the outer frame (9) and the inner frame (11) are placed on the base plate (3) and connected to the base plate (3) and together with the base plate (3) form a supporting structure (7) of the facade element (1), wherein a cover (12) is placed on the outer frame (9) and the inner frame (11) which is designed to face away from the building (25). (13) to form the element facade (2).
