Personalized planning support with central and local connected platforms

Abstract

A system for providing personalized support to a vehicle user comprises a controller installed in the vehicle and a central platform located relatively remotely from the vehicle. The central platform is communicatively coupled with a variety of local platforms, each offering its own services. A mobile application is user-operated and designed to interface with the controller. The controller is designed to transmit contextual data to the central platform, which analyzes this data to determine one or more service recommendations for the user, drawn from the various local platforms. The controller is designed to receive these service recommendations from the central platform. The mobile application is designed to request user input regarding these service recommendations.The user's access to service recommendations is enabled by the controller based on user input.
