Abstract
A multi-component polymer fluid dispensing system for generating a curable polymer fluid comprises two or more material feed lines, each containing a corresponding individual polymer fluid component, a mixing nozzle, at least one sensor system arranged along the mixing nozzle that measures one or more properties of the curable polymer fluid indicating a mixing ratio of the curable polymer fluid, and one or more controllers in electronic communication with the at least one sensor system. The one or more controllers comprise one or more processors that execute instructions to receive the one or more properties from the at least one sensor system and to determine the mixing ratio of the curable polymer fluid based on the one or more properties.
