Abstract
Motor vehicle (1) comprising an air conditioning unit (5) for air conditioning an interior (2) of the motor vehicle (1), a control unit (7) for controlling the air conditioning unit (5) according to at least one operating parameter of the air conditioning unit (5) and an operating unit (9) for user selection of the at least one operating parameter, wherein the operating unit (9) comprises a handheld operating device (11) that is not permanently connected to other components of the motor vehicle (1) and can be freely positioned in the interior (2) of the motor vehicle (1) and a position detection device (12) for detecting position data describing a current position of the operating device (11) in the interior (2) of the motor vehicle (1), wherein the control unit (7) is configured to set at least one of the at least one operating parameter depending on the position data of the operating device (11).
