Abstract

The invention relates to a charging port (100) of an electrically powered vehicle for receiving a charging plug of an external charging device in a plug guide (10), with a charging port-side locking element (20) which is arranged in the plug guide (10) and is designed to interact in a locking position (1) with a plug-side locking element which can be locked by the external charging device. The charging port-side locking element (20) is displaceable transversely to a plug-in direction (80) of the charging plug in order to release an existing lock of the charging plug by the plug-side locking element in a release position (2).
