Abstract
A vehicle underbody structure comprises: a vehicle frame with a pair of side frame sections extending in a first direction; a battery pack arranged in an area surrounded by the side frame sections; a first bend section provided on one side of the vehicle frame in the first direction; and a second bend section provided on the other side of the vehicle frame in the first direction; a connecting element connecting the battery pack to intermediate sections of the side frame sections in the first direction; and a rolling mechanism connecting a central section of the battery pack to the second bend section in a second direction, intersecting the first direction on the other side in the first direction, to rotate about an axis of rotation extending in the first direction.
