ELECTRIC CYLINDER WITH RELEASE STRUCTURE

Abstract

An electric cylinder with a release structure is provided. The release structure (50) includes an end connection (51), a connection receptacle (52), and a bearing element (53). The end connection (51) includes a head (511) and a shaft (515) extending from the head (511), which has first engagement sections (513). The connection receptacle (52) encloses the shaft (515) and is connected to an inner tube (32) and provided with second engagement sections (521) that are operable to engage with or disengage from the first engagement sections (513). The bearing element (53) encloses the shaft (515) on one side of the connection receptacle (52). In an unlocked state, the first engagement sections (513) and the second engagement sections (521) are separated, allowing the connection receptacle (52) and the inner tube (32) to rotate freely with respect to the end connection (51).In a locked state, the first engagement sections (513) and the second engagement sections (521) are engaged such that the end connection (51) and the connection receptacle (52) move with the inner tube (32).
