Plug-in connector block with quick-release locking element

Abstract

A pluggable terminal block with a quick-release locking element is provided, comprising a socket (1) and a plug (2). The socket (1) includes locking sections (12). The plug (2) is inserted into the socket (1). The plug (2) includes a plug body (21) with a quick-release locking element (22). The plug body (21) includes an insulating housing (211) with connection slots (212) and receiving sections (213). Each receiving section (213) is formed between two adjacent connection slots (212). The quick-release locking element (22) is pivotally connected to the insulating housing (211) and includes a handle (221), several locking hooks (222) extending from the handle (221), and several return spring arms (223). The handle (221) is exposed outside the insulating housing (211).The locking hooks (222) and the return spring arms (223) are received in the receiving sections (213). The return spring arms (223) rest against the inner walls of the receiving sections (213). When the return spring arms (223) return to their original position, they drive the locking hooks (222) to engage in the locking sections (12).
