LOW NOISE AMPLIFIER

Abstract

An amplifier circuit has an input port, a first transistor, and a second transistor forming a cascode topology. An output port is connected to the first drain of the first transistor and the second drain of the second transistor. A first capacitor is connected between the input port and a node. A first inductor is connected between a gate bias and the node, and a second inductor is connected between the node and the first gate of the first transistor. A second capacitor is connected between the node and the second gate of the second transistor. A resistor is connected between the output port and the second gate of the second transistor.
