Task: To provide an information processing device that simplifies the operation of systems. Solution: An information processing device 20 is connected to the parts of the system 61, 62, and 63 and to a communication server 100, and is configured to send and receive data to and from the communication server 100. The parts of the system 61, 62, and 63 include machines 71, 72, and 73 as operating targets, sensors 81, 82A, 82B, and 83 provided in the machines 71, 72, and 73, and control devices 91, 92, and 93 with which the machines 71, 72, and 73 are operated.The information processing device 20 includes a transmitting unit 21, which sends notification data to the communication server 100 to provide notifications about information on the machines 71, 72 and 73 based on sensor information from sensors 81, 82A, 82B and 83; a receiving unit 22, which receives response data from the communication server 100 in response to the notification data; and a control unit 23, which, according to the response data, issues a control instruction, including operating content for the machines 71, 72 and 73, to the control devices 91, 92 and 93.
