Abstract

A management system (300) manages the automated parking service of a vehicle (100) in a parking lot. Upon receiving a request to start the automated parking service of the vehicle (100) from a user of the vehicle (100), the management system (300) checks whether the state of the vehicle (100) meets a start condition that allows the automated parking service to be started. If the state of the vehicle (100) does not meet the start condition, the management system (300) notifies the user with feedback information (INF) regarding the state of the vehicle (100).
