Abstract

A light-emitting display device is disclosed, comprising a substrate (100) on which a plurality of subpixels (R_SP, G_SP, B_SP, W_SP) are arranged, and a light-emitting device (ED) arranged in each of the plurality of subpixels (R_SP, G_SP, B_SP, W_SP). The light-emitting device (ED) comprises a transparent electrode (AND) and a reflective electrode (CAT) facing each other.Between the transparent electrode (AND) and the reflecting electrode (CAT), a first light-emitting stack (S1), containing a first light-emitting layer, a second light-emitting stack (S2), containing a second light-emitting layer, a third light-emitting stack (S3), containing a third light-emitting layer, and a fourth light-emitting stack (S4), containing a fourth light-emitting layer, are arranged sequentially, with charge-generating layers (CGL1, CGL2, CGL3) positioned between them. At least one of the first to fourth light-emitting layers (REML, BEML1, GEML, BEML2) is displaced by a predetermined vertical distance towards the transparent electrode (AND) from a maximum cavity tip position relative to the reflecting electrode (CAT).
