DISPLAY PANEL, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A DISPLAY PANEL AND DISPLAY DEVICE

Abstract

The present application provides a display panel, a method for manufacturing the display panel, and a display device. The display panel comprises a substrate, a light-shielding layer, a second electrode plate, a first source-drain layer, and a second source-drain layer. The light-shielding layer comprises the first electrode plate, wherein the first source-drain layer comprises a conductive electrode, wherein the second source-drain layer is arranged on the side of the first source-drain layer facing away from the substrate, and wherein the second source-drain layer comprises a third electrode plate, wherein the third electrode plate is used as a capacitor electrode in the second source-drain layer, and the third electrode plate extends towards the second electrode plate.The third electrode plate is electrically connected to the first electrode plate in the light shielding layer via the conductive electrode in the first source-drain layer, so that the third electrode plate is arranged overlapping with the second and first electrode plates, forming a capacitor. This eliminates the need for a metal layer that originally served as the capacitor electrode, thus simplifying the film layer structure of the display panel and eliminating the need for a photomask. This can improve the process yield of the display panel and reduce its production costs.
