Abstract

A striking tool comprises a trigger, a motor including a motor shaft, and a striking mechanism. The striking mechanism includes a hammer coupled to the motor shaft and an anvil configured to receive the hammer's blows. The anvil includes anvil lugs, a shaft, an anvil deformation sensor configured to detect anvil deformation, an amplifier connected to the anvil deformation sensor, an analog-to-digital converter connected to the amplifier, and a wireless power and data transmission circuit. An output drive device is configured to be coupled to the anvil and rotate to perform a task.A control unit connected to the motor of the impact tool is designed to receive an output signal from the trigger, determine an anvil torque based on the anvil deformation, and control the motor to operate based on the output signal from the trigger and the anvil torque.
