Abstract

An electrical connection unit comprises a structure configured to face an external heat sink, an electronic component, and a heat dissipation element. The electronic component is located on the opposite side of the structure from the external heat sink. The heat dissipation element is also located on the opposite side of the electronic component from the external heat sink. The heat dissipation element includes a fixing section that projects toward the electronic component. The structure has an opening facing this fixing section.
