Abstract

A device comprising a conductive path for conducting electric current. The device also includes a terminal and a busbar embedded in the conductive path and electrically connected to the terminal. The busbar comprises a first section made of a first material, a second section made of the first material, and a third section made of a second material. The third section is positioned, at least partially, between the first and second sections. The second material has a lower temperature coefficient of resistance than the first material. The devices also include a plurality of voltage taps electrically connected to the busbar. The plurality of voltage taps serves to measure a voltage across the third section.
