Abstract

Rotor for an electric machine, comprising a laminated core (11, 22) consisting of a plurality of axially stacked laminations (1, 5, 14, 18), wherein each lamination (1, 5, 14, 18) has at least one opening (2, 6, 16, 19), which openings (2, 6, 16, 19) combine in the laminated core (11, 22) to form a pocket (7, 23) axially penetrating the laminated core (11, 22), in which at least one magnetic element (3, 20) is received, wherein the remaining pocket volume is filled with a hardened potting material (13, 24), characterized in that at least the lamination (5, 14) at each end on both axial sides has at least one tab (9, 17) formed in the pocket (7, 23) which is embedded in the potting material (13, 24), wherein the tab (9, 17) is designed to be non-contacting and spaced apart from the magnetic element (3, 20).
