FOLDABLE PARTITION

Abstract

A collapsible partition comprises a first and a second foldable body and a first and a second substrate array. The first body has a planar configuration when unfolded and comprises a plurality of primary substrates, each with a flat geometric shape and resistant to folding, and each coupled to the inward-facing side of the first body. The second body also has a planar configuration when unfolded. The second substrate array is coupled to the first substrate array and comprises a plurality of secondary substrates. Each secondary substrate has a flat geometric shape and is resistant to folding, and each secondary substrate is coupled to the inward-facing side of the second body.Compression of a substrate arrangement causes the first substrate arrangement to fold between at least some of the majority of primary substrates, and simultaneously causes the second substrate arrangement to fold between at least some of the majority of secondary substrates.
