Tolerance compensation fastening arrangement and fastening system

Abstract

The present disclosure provides a tolerance compensation fastening arrangement including an insert and a receptacle. The insert has a shank section with an external thread and a flange provided at one end of the shank section, the flange being provided with a projection. The receptacle has a body section and a head section, the body section defining a passage with an internal thread, the head section having a receiving space associated with the passage, and a retaining wall defining at least a portion of the receiving space. The retaining wall is provided with a boundary structure. The insert and the receptacle engage in threaded engagement via the shank section and the passage, and the insert has a pre-assembled position relative to the receptacle.When the insert is in the pre-assembled position, the flange is received in the receiving space and the projection engages with the limiting structure to restrict rotation of the insert relative to the receiving, thereby holding the insert in the pre-assembled position. The tolerance compensation fastening arrangement of this disclosure can achieve retention of the insert in the pre-assembled position relative to the receiving while maintaining a simple and durable design.
