A ceramic heating element comprises a tubular ceramic body with a first opening at one end through which a medium can flow into it, and a second opening at another end through which the medium can flow out of it; and a first resistance heating element provided on at least a part of an inner circumferential surface of the ceramic body and configured to generate heat when supplied with energy.
