Abstract
Accelerometer locations in a vehicle for weight estimation and associated methods are disclosed. An exemplary vehicle includes a suspension system comprising a radius arm, stabilizer bar, I-beam, steering knuckle, or monobeam axle, and an accelerometer coupled to the radius arm, stabilizer bar, I-beam, steering knuckle, or monobeam axle to change the accelerometer's orientation when the vehicle's weight changes.
