A power transaction matching device that matches power transactions between a plurality of power systems that individually generate and / or consume electricity, wherein the power transaction matching device comprises: a first information acquisition part that captures power sale requests from the power systems of a power selling side; a second information acquisition part that captures power purchase requests from the power systems of a power purchasing side; and a calculation part that calculates degrees of fulfillment of trading conditions for electricity to be traded based on power sale conditions, which are trading conditions of the power sale request, and desired power purchase conditions, which are trading conditions of the power purchase request.
